IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
There is no minimum order size on pre-orders within the San Antonio and Corpus Christi area.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply email or call our staff to discuss type of event and logistics. After initial consultation the order will be scheduled and confirmation email will be sent.
IS THERE A DAILY RATE?
Rates are based on a daily usage basis. Quantity discounts are available and encouraged.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
To ensure availability reservations are definitely recommended. Mister Cooler Rentals can not guarantee availability with reservations made less than 14 days in advance.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
There is no loss of deposit or consequence for changing order as long as it is done at least 14 days in advance. Most change request will be sorted accordingly with no penalty.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
Mister Cooler Rentals will charge customer on morning on event unless previous arrangements have been made. Any deposits will be applied to cost of rental. In the event of rain or unforseen weather conditions mister cooler will gladly refund deposits in full.
